    Can an order placed with Sensual Magick be turned down?

      * Sensual Magick reserves the right to refuse to process any order not originating from the United States or Canada.

      * Sensual Magick reserves the right to refuse service certain customers for lack of payment (uncleared e-Checks, chargebacks, or unreceived money orders), for repeated negative reports in groups such as Consultant Check, for undeliverable mail, or for suspected fraud.

    What happens if there's a typo or an error in a listing?

      We realize that typos and accidents may happen in the process of entering new products into our store. If this should happen, we always error on the side of the customer - meaning that if you were overcharged for an item, we will refund you the difference and if your are charged less than an item would typically sell for, that sale is final at the listed price!

Parties

    What exactly do you sell at one of your parties?

      We sell romance enhancement products such as games for couples, instructional DVDs, candles, massage oils & bedroom toys.

    Where will you travel to do parties?

      Right now we have consultants in many US states and Canada. How far a consultant will travel to do a party is her individual choice.

    Do you charge to do a party?

      Our consultants may choose to charge a reservation fee based upon travel time, personal expenses, and individual choice.

    Can men come to parties?

      For a variety of reasons, we have found that some women are uncomfortable having men present at these types of parties. While we do not ban men from attending, we will only conduct a couples or co-ed party so long as your guests and consultant are comfortable with having men attend.

    How do I book a party?

    What is a typical party like?

      Your consultant will arrive to your home 15-30 minutes to before the show begins to set up. Once the show starts, we will show you an array of products from the Sensual Magick line. You will be able to touch & taste all of the products that we show. There will also be a time where your guest can win great prizes. When the demo is over, your consultant will go into a private area and begin to take orders. Your guests may go home with some goodies that night. If any items need to be ordered they will arrive in 7-10 business days. All items will be shipped directly to your party Consultant or to the customer in order to preserve confidentiality.

    What do I get for hosting a party?

      As a hostess you will automatically receive 10% of the shows sales in FREE merchandise and will be able to purchase 1 item from our catalog at 50% off! And, you are able to earn even more free gifts and discounts as your party sales increase!! Please check out our Party With Us! page for more information!!

    How old do you have to be to attend a party?

      ALL GUEST MUST BE 18 OR OLDER!!! NO EXCEPTIONS! This includes infants. It is against the law to conduct this type of show in front of minors and no one is worth one of our consultants being arrested and having to register as a sex offender! If we think someone is underage we will ask for ID.

      If you choose to serve alcohol during your party, all guests MUST BE 21 OR OLDER!!

    I want to have a bachelorette party and will have strippers there. Is that okay?

      We are okay with dancers being at your party, but your consultant will have to finish her demo and collect your guests orders and payment before other activities begin.

    How long does a typical party last?

      If everyone arrives on time your consultant is usually done in 2 to 3 hours. This time includes the demo, games, and ordering time.

    Do I have to do anything special for my party?

      No. Just serve light refreshments and invite buying customers. We will take care of the rest!

    Can I serve alcohol at my party?

      Yes, you may serve alcohol at your party, but all guests attending must be OVER 21 YEARS OF AGE!!

    Some of my guests were a little rowdy and my consultant got upset and left. Can she do that?!?

      Yes!!

      We expect our hostesses and guests to have respect for our consultants. If your guests become rude or disrespectful or make our consultant feel uncomfortable in any way, she has our authorization to end your party and leave immediately.

    I'm a new mother. Can I bring my infant to your party?

      ALL GUEST MUST BE 18 OR OLDER!!! This includes infants.

Payments

    What forms of payment do you accept?

      Sensual Magick accepts payment via PayPal in the form of automatic transfer (standard PayPal payment), credit card payment, or eCheck. We will also accept payment by Money Order or Credit Card. Credit Card orders are processed by ProPay and will be billed to orders@smp-co.org.

    How long do I have to send Money Order payment?

      Orders placed with Money Order payment will be canceled after 30 days if payment has not been received. Should this happen, you are free to resubmit your order. We reserve the right to refuse future purchases from customers who have repeatedly failed to send payment.

    How should I send Money Order payment?

    Will you ship to an unverified PayPal address?

      We will ship to an unverified PayPal address, but reserve the right to refuse future purchases from any customer whose order cannot be delivered or who we suspect of fraud.

    I paid by PayPal eCheck. When will my order be shipped?

      eCheck payments will only be processed once your check has cleared through PayPal. Sensual Magick reserves the right to refuse future purchases from custerms whose checks do not clear or whose orders have resulted in a chargeback.

    I don't like buying money orders. Can't I just write you a check?

      We will accept personal checks as a form of payment, but your order will not process until your check has cleared. This may take a full 10 to 14 days!

    Why did you file a negative report about me in my shopping groups? That's so unfair!

      Those with unfavorable purchase records - chargebacks, bounced eChecks, unsent money orders or fraud - may be reported to consumer watch groups such as Consultant Check.

Refunds

    What if I want a refund?

      Due to the nature of our products, all sales at Sensual Magick are final.

    What do I do if I receive a defective product?

      Products with manufacturing defects must be reported within 30 days of receipt of your order so that the product may be replaced.

    What do I do if my package has been damaged during shipping or appears to have been opened and re-taped?

      If you receive a shipment with exterior damage or that has been opened and re-taped, you must file a claim AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY WITH THE DRIVER. Please make sure the driver notes the problem in his delivery record. Save the original cartons and packing material for inspection by the carrier. Let us know immediately. We will follow up on the claim. The carrier will credit us and we will take care of you. Your cooperation is very important to our success at being paid for the claim. A claims form is included with each packing slip!

    What if my order is lost during shipping?

      Lost items must be reported within 48 hours of receiving delivery notification from Sensual Magick and confirmed as lost through the your shipping service before a replacement can be processed.

Security & Privacy

    Is my order confidential?

      Here at Sensual Magick we take very seriously the responsibility of keeping your name, e-mail address, shipping address, payment details, order contents and all information you provide to us confidential and promise that this information will never be sold to or otherwise shared with any outside party for any reason. Further, all packages shipped from Sensual Magick will arrive in plain, unmarked carboard boxes.

    Am I going to receive unwanted e-mail from YOUR company if I place an order?

      Sensual Magick will not use your personal information for the purpose of sending newsletters, specials, or advertising of any kind unless you have asked to receive this type of contact by subscribing to our Newsletter.

Shipping

    Where can I have orders shpped to?

      We only ship to the United States (all 50 states), APO's, FPO's, and to Canada.

    How much will it cost to ship my order?

      Orders of $0 to $150 are charged a $10 flat shipping rate, orders of $151 to $300 are charged a $20 flat shipping rate, orders of $301 to $450 are charged a flat $30 shipping rate and so on for each $150 level.

      Please note that we DO NOT make a profit on shipping! Our shipping fees have been set to most closely match those billed to us by our supplier.

    How will my order be shipped?

      All orders from Sensual Magick are placed by USPS Priority Mail or FedEx 3-Day shipping. On rare occasions our supplier may decide to ship your order by an alternate shipping method. We do not have control of these changes when / if they occur. Packages may arrive by USPS Priority Mail, UPS, DHL, or FedEx.

    How long will it take to receive my order?

      While we make every effort to ensure that your order arrives as quickly as possible, it may take a full 7 to 10 days for your order to arrive! Delays may be longer if you have items on back order or have ordered during the holiday season!!

      ** Orders shipping to Canada, APO, or FPO addresses can take 2-3 weeks for delivery. **

    What do I do if I receive a defective product?

      Products with manufacturing defects must be reported within 30 days of receipt of your order.

    What do I do if I receive a damaged item?

      All merchandise leaves our warehouse in perfect condition. All concealed damages must be reported within 24 hours of receipt of goods.

    What if there's an item missing from my order?

      Our orders are double checked before shipping, however on occasion errors will occur. Should you receive your order and find something missing, first make sure to check in the packing material! Many times smaller items get missed when unpacking the order. Please also verify the possibility that you received the wrong item instead. Once you have followed these steps, report it to us within 24 hours of receipt of your order and we will take care of you!

    What do I do if my package has been damaged during shipping or appears to have been opened and re-taped?

      If an order is returned as Undeliverable we will e-mail you to re-confirm your address or receive alternate shipping instructions. Your order will be re-shipped to you for a second shipping fee.
